این کلبه سوئیسی دوبلکس دو خوابه با امکاناتی نظیر استخر و جکوزی در فاصله حدود 4 کیلومتری از ساحل دریا در شهر بندر انزلی واقع شده است.
طراحی کلبه به گونه ای است که در طبقه پایین دارای استخر، پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، سرویس ایرانی با حمام می باشد و با دسترسی حدود 14 پله در طبقه بالا دو اتاق خواب و حمام با سرویس فرنگی قرار دارد.
محوطه کلبه با دیوار محصور شده است، همچنین به منظور تامین امنیت بیشتر حیاط و دروازه ورودی مجهز به دوربین مداربسته می باشد.
به منظور تهیه مایحتاج روزانه، سوپرمارکت و نانوایی به ترتیب در فواصل حدود یک کیلومتری و 500 متری کلبه قرار دارد.
کیفیت آنتن دهی اپراتورهای ایرانسل و همراه اول در مکالمه خوب و پوشش شبکه اینترنت به صورت 4g می باشد.
لازم به ذکر است حدود 300 متر از مسیر منتهی به کلبه به صورت جاده خاکی است.
