This traditional house with a jacuzzi, stone facade, and a spacious, green courtyard is located in the Mola Yousef neighborhood, approximately 3 km from Ardabil city center. Among the recreational and comfort facilities of the house are a gazebo, a traditional bed (takht), and a water basin, all situated in the courtyard. The house is designed with two separate yet close suites, which are provided to guests as an entire private property. One suite features a kitchen and a bedroom. The second suite, accessible within approximately 5 steps, includes a living room with a traditional bed (takht), a Western toilet with a shower, and a jacuzzi entrance with a glass wall. Additionally, an Iranian toilet is located in the courtyard. In the house's courtyard, there is a traditional oven for baking bread, which guests are welcome to use. Guests can also pre-arrange with the host to order local bread. The courtyard area is enclosed by walls on all four sides, and for enhanced security, the entrance gate is equipped with CCTV cameras. Dear guests can find a supermarket and a bakery approximately 100 meters away for their daily necessities. Mobile network coverage for both Irancell and Hamrah-e Avval operators is good for calls, and internet access is 4G.
