This one-bedroom wooden cabin, featuring a spacious terrace, a cozy porch, a view of the rice fields, and a lush green yard, is located in Sarvandan village, approximately 5 km from Sangar and 15 km from Rasht.
The cabin's design places the living room, kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom with a Western toilet on the ground floor, while the terrace is located on the upper floor. Please note that only the terrace on the upper floor of the building is accessible, and the cabin does not have an Iranian-style toilet.
The area around the cabin is enclosed by a wall and equipped with CCTV cameras. A caretaker also resides on the premises. The entrance gate and yard are shared with the caretaker.
Guests can access a supermarket approximately 500 meters away and a bakery. It is worth noting that tap water is supplied from a well, and it is recommended to bring bottled water.
The mobile network coverage quality for both Hamrah-e Aval and Irancell operators is good for calls, and internet access is available via 4G.
Please note that there is a fish pond within the accommodation area, the gate of which is locked for security reasons. Therefore, guests will not be able to enter or exit after 12 AM.
