The cabin's design includes a ground floor with a living room, kitchen, jacuzzi, bathroom with Western and Persian toilets. The upper floor has a lounge and one bedroom, and the top floor has an open-plan bedroom and a cozy balcony.
The area around the yard is enclosed by walls on three sides, with one side lacking a fence and an entrance gate. The host also lives in the neighborhood. Additionally, for increased security, the entrance and yard are equipped with CCTV cameras.
