این خانه ویلایی یکخوابه مستر به همراه حیاط و تراسی 15 متری در روستای اولم واقع شده است که با شاندرمن حدود 7 کیلومتر و با شهر ماسال حدود 12 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
خانه در طبقه پایین دارای پذیرایی، آشپزخانه و سرویس ایرانی و در طبقه بالا دارای یک اتاق خواب مستر و تراس 15 متری می باشد.
محوطه اطراف حیاط از سه طرف با دیوار و از یک طرف با فنس چمنی محصور شده است و جهت امنیت بیشتر دروازه ورودی مجهز به دوربین مداربسته است.
مهمانان گرامی برای تهیه مایحتاج روزانه خود می توانند از سوپرمارکت و نانوایی در فاصله حدود 200 متری از خانه استفاده نمایند.
