این خانه مبله یکخوابه با حیاط سرسبز در روستای لوشاده واقع شده که با شهر سیاهکل حدود 16 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
طراحی خانه به گونه ای است که با دسترسی حدود 5 پله دارای پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، یک اتاق خواب، حمام و سرویس ایرانی می باشد.
محوطه حیاط از چهار طرف با فنس محصور شده و میزبان در همین محوطه سکونت دارد که دروازه ورودی و حیاط بصورت مشترک با میزبان و مهمانان واحد دیگر مورد استفاده قرار می گیرد.
همچنین به جهت تامین امنیت بیشتر محوطه و حیاط مجهز به دوربین مداربسته می باشد.
مهمانان گرامی برای تهیه مایحتاج روزانه خود می توانند از سوپرمارکت و نانوایی در فاصله حدود دو کیلومتری استفاده نمایند.
