This Swiss cottage is located in the lush green village of Anarestan, approximately 25 km from the city of Babol, offering a beautiful view of the forest.
The cottage's design features a living room, kitchen, and a bathroom with an Iranian toilet on the lower floor, accessible via approximately 13 steps. The upper floor has an open-plan bedroom and a terrace with a relaxing swing.
Please note that the water used in the cottage is supplied from a well and is not suitable for drinking; therefore, esteemed guests are advised to bring bottled water. Fuel is provided via an LPG cylinder.
The surrounding yard is enclosed by a wall, and for enhanced security, there are CCTV cameras overlooking the entrance and surrounding areas. The host also resides in the neighborhood.
Esteemed guests can purchase their daily necessities from a supermarket and bakery located approximately 500 meters from the cottage. Mobile network coverage for Irancell and Hamrah-e Avval operators is good for calls, and internet coverage is 4G.
It is worth noting that approximately 50 meters of the road leading to the cottage is unpaved.
