This one-bedroom master Swiss cottage with a gazebo is located in the Katalem and Sadatshahr area, approximately 6 km from Ramsar city.
The cottage is designed such that the lower floor, accessible via about 6 steps, features a living room, kitchen, a master bedroom, and a bathroom with an Iranian toilet. The upper floor has a sleeping area.
The courtyard is enclosed by walls on all four sides, and the host resides in the neighboring property.
It should be noted that the tap water in the area is not of sufficient quality for drinking, so esteemed guests are advised to bring bottled water with them.
Please be aware that there is a semi-constructed building next to the cottage, but no construction work is currently being carried out on it.
Esteemed guests can use the supermarket and bakery located approximately 100 meters away for their daily needs.
The mobile network coverage quality for both Irancell and Hamrah-e Aval operators is good for calls, and internet access is available via 4G.
It is worth mentioning that about 10 meters of the path leading to the accommodation is a dirt road.
