This furnished one-bedroom house is located on the second floor (with approximately 12 steps of access) of a two-story, two-unit building with a spacious courtyard and a water pond, within an accommodation complex in Khansar city.
The building's perimeter is enclosed by a wall, and the host resides in close proximity to the villa. For added security, common areas and the surroundings are equipped with CCTV cameras.
Please note that vehicle access to the entrance of the accommodation is not possible. You will need to park your car approximately 500 meters from the building and walk the rest of the way.
Guests can access a supermarket and bakery within approximately 100 meters.
Mobile phone reception for Irancell and Hamrah Aval operators is good for calls, and internet coverage is 4G.
It should be noted that the ground floor is partially constructed and undergoing renovation, but no construction will take place during guests' stay.
It is worth mentioning that there is a mosque adjacent to the villa, and on some special nights and religious occasions, the sound of ceremonies or loudspeakers might be audible to some guests.
