این کلبه چوبی دوبلکس و یکخوابه با دسترسی حدود 20 پله از حیاط به همراه تراس و جکوزی در جاده لفور در روستای خوش آب و هوای کاردرکلا واقع شده که تا شیرگاه حدود 20 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
این ویلا دوبلکس در طبقه همکف دارای پذیرایی، آشپرخانه، جکوزی و حمام با سرویس ایرانی می باشد و در طبقه دوم دارای یک اتاق خواب و بالکن است.
حیاط اقامتگاه با فنس محصور شده و میزبان نیز در همسایگی کلبه سکونت دارد، همچنین برای تهیه مایحتاج خود می توانید از سوپرمارکت و نانوایی در فاصله حدود یک کیلومتری اقامتگاه استفاده نمایید.
