This no-bedroom suite is located near the river in a 4-unit tourist complex, featuring amenities such as a gazebo, a fish farming pond, and a pleasant, green area in the village of Asas, known for its good weather. It is approximately 10 km from Pol Sefid city.
The complex grounds are fenced, and a security unit with CCTV cameras is provided for residents' safety. Please note that this suite does not have a private yard.
The house includes a living room, a kitchen, two bedrooms, and a bathroom with an Iranian toilet. Shared amenities of this unit include a gazebo, a fireplace, a walking area, access to the forest and river, and a fish farming pond.
It is important to note that the complex's electricity is supplied by a generator. From 12 AM to 9 AM, electricity is limited to villa lighting via solar panels. Main electricity becomes available again from 9 AM the next day. Fuel is supplied via LPG gas cylinders.
Grilled fish is served in this complex upon arrangement and payment of an additional fee.
For your daily needs, you can use the supermarket and bakery located approximately 10 km from the accommodation.
In this area, the mobile network quality for calls and internet coverage is average for Hamrah-e-Avval operator, but Irancell has no signal or internet.
Please note that about two kilometers of the road leading to the accommodation is unpaved and sloped. Also, it is worth mentioning that access is not possible on rainy days and requires coordination with the host.
The access road is a mountainous, asphalted road with sharp turns and gentle slopes, requiring the vehicle to be in good technical condition. Dense fog is a common phenomenon on this road, limiting visibility. Driving with caution and using fog lights is essential, and it is preferable to plan your trip to arrive during daylight hours.
