این واحد 50 متری در محوطه ای زیبا و دلنشین در روستای خوش آب و هوای لتیین از توابع منطقه گردشگری گیسوم واقع شده که تا اسالم حدود 20 کیلومتر و تا شهر هشتپر حدود 25 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
این واحد دارای یک اتاق خواب می باشد و فضای نشیمن، آشپزخانه، حمام با سرویس ایرانی نیز در ایوان دلباز آن قرار دارد دارد.
محیط اطراف حیاط دلنشین این اقامتگاه بوم گردی مطابق بافت روستایی با فنس محصور شده و میزبان نیز در محوطه سکونت دارد، همچین به منظور امنیت بیشتر محوطه اقامتگاه مجهز به دوربین مداربسته می باشد.
قابل ذکر است امکان سفارش و سرو صبحانه، نهار و شام محلی با هماهنگی قبلی با میزبان و پرداخت هزینه جداگانه میسر است.
مهمانان گرامی می توانند با طی مسافت حدود 5 کیلومتری به نانوایی و سوپرمارکت دسترسی داشته و مایحتاج روزانه خود را تامین نمایند.
گفتنی است آب مصرفی خانه از طریق چاه تامین می شود لذا نیاز است برای آشامیدن با خود آب معدنی همراه داشته باشید.
