این کلبه چوبی و یکخوابه با دسترسی حدود 5 پله به همراه بالکن یکی از واحد های یک مجموعه گردشگری با محوطه ای 1200 متری می باشد که در روستای خوش آب و هوا و گردشگری مرکیه واقع شده است و تا شهر ماسال حدود 5 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
طراحی کلبه به گونه ای است که در طبقه پایین دارای پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، حمام و سرویس فرنگی می باشد و در طبقه بالا یک اتاق خواب بدون در به همراه بالکن قرار دارد.
اقامتگاه بخشی از یک مجتمع گردشگری می باشد که در جوار رودخانه قرار دارد و در حیاط با صفای آن درختان و گلهای تزئینی و تاب جهت لذت بردن و دورهمی میهمانان تعبیه شده است.
محوطه مجموعه که جهت حفظ و برقراری امنیت به دوربین مداربسته نیز مجهز می باشد با فنس و دیوار کوتاه محصور است و مشترک با میهمان سایر سوئیتهای مجتمع استفاده می گردد. سرایدار نیز با ورودی مستقل در واحد سرایداری مجاور اقامتگاه سکونت دارد.
