این خانه مبله یکخوابه به همراه چشم انداز بی نظیر کوه و جنگل در طبقه دوم یک ساختمان دو طبقه 2 واحدی (به روی شیب جاده) در باغی زیبا و خلوت و پوشیده از درختان گردو و فندق و در مجاورت ساختمانی دیگر در منطقه جنت رودبار واقع شده است که حدود 55 کیلومتر تا رامسر فاصله دارد.
محیط اطراف حیاط ویلا از دو طرف با دیوار و دو طرف با فنس محصور شده است، همچنین میزبان نیز در طبقه همکف ساختمان سکونت دارد.
گفتنی است آب لوله کشی ویلا از طریق چشمه تامین می شود، همچنین سوخت خانه برای گرمایش و پخت و پز توسط کپسول گاز مایع تامین می شود.
به منظور تهیه مایحتاج روزانه، سوپرمارکت و نانوایی در فاصله حدود 500 متری قابل دسترس است.
