این خانه مبله یکخوابه در طبقه همکف یک ساختمان دو طبقه و دو واحدی دارای حیاط دنج مجهز به آلاچیق در منطقه ای امن و آرام در روستای محمودآباد از توابع شهر لیسار واقع شده است که تا شهر تالش حدود 19 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
اطراف حیاط از 4 طرف با دیوار محصور است، همچنین میزبان در طبقه دوم سکونت دارد و دروازه ورودی و حیاط به صورت مشترک با میزبان در اختیار مهمانان قرار دارد.
