این ویلا تریپلکس سه خوابه که یک خواب آن مستر است با استخر سرپوشیده آبگرم، سیستم صوتی و تراس دلباز در منطقه خورین واقع شده که تا رودهن حدود 10 کیلومتر و تا ورودی شهر تهران حدود 40 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
طراحی ویلا به گونه ای است که ورودی هم سطح خیابان و بدون پله می باشد و در طبقه همکف پذیرایی، آشپزخانه و سرویس ایرانی با فرنگی قرار دارد، در طبقه زیر همکف (با دسترسی حدود 16 پله به پایین) دارای استخر سرپوشیده می باشد، و در طبقه بالا سالن نشیمن، سه اتاق خواب(یکخواب مستر) و سرویس فرنگی با حمام تعبیه شده است.
در نظر داشته باشید با توجه به حیاط پلکانی، برای دسترسی به باغ لازم است حدود 45 پله را به سمت پایین طی نمایید.
محوطه اطراف حیاط و باغ ویلا با دیوار محصور شده و سرایدار نیز در همسایگی سکونت دارد، همچنین به جهت تامین امنیت بیشتر محوطه حیاط مجهز به دوربین مداربسته می باشد.
مهمانان گرامی برای تهیه مایحتاج روزانه خود می توانند از سوپرمارکت و نانوایی در فاصله حدود یک کیلومتری از ویلا استفاده نمایند.
لازم به ذکر است آب لوله کشی اقامتگاه از چاه تامین شده و فاقد کیفیت لازم جهت آشامیدن می باشد، لذا توصیه می گردد مهمانان با خود آب معدنی همراه داشته باشند.
کیفیت پوشش شبکه تلفن همراه برای دو اپراتور ایرانسل و همراه اول در مکالمه خوب و دسترسی به اینترنت به صورت 4g است، همچنین وای فای رایگان در اختیار مهمانان قرار می گیرد.
