این خانه ویلایی دو خوابه که یک اتاق آن مستر است به همراه حیاط نقلی در کیاشهر واقع شده است که با پارک ملی بوجاق و ساحل دریا حدود 5 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
طراحی این خانه ویلایی به صورت دو طبقه می باشد به گونه ای که در طبقه پایین دارای پذیرایی، آشپزخانه و سرویس ایرانی می باشد و در طبقه بالا سالن پذیرایی با تخت خواب، دو اتاق خواب (یکخواب مستر) و تراس تعبیه شده است.
