این ویلا پنج خوابه که چهار خواب آن مستر است دارای استخر، جکوزی، تراس، بالکن و حیاطی دلباز در محیطی امن و آرام در روستای یالبندان و با فاصله حدود 5 کیلومتری از شهر کلارآباد واقع شده است.
طراحی این ویلا به گونه ای است که طبقه پایین دارای پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، یک اتاق خواب، استخر، جکوزی و حمام با سرویس فرنگی می باشد و در طبقه بالا سالن، میز بیلیارد، چهار اتاق خواب مستر و تراس دنج قرار دارد، همچنین فاقد سرویس ایرانی است.
محوطه اطراف ویلا با دیوار محصور شده و میزبان نیز در همسایگی سکونت دارد.
مهمانان گرامی می توانند برای تهیه مایحتاج روزانه خود از سوپرمارکت و نانوایی در فاصله حدود 500 متری از ویلا استفاده نمایند.
