این سوئیت یکخوابه، دارای حیاطی دلباز در فاصله حدود 17 کیلومتری رستم آباد در روستای خوش آب و هوای خولک واقع شده است که تا شهر رودبار حدود 35 کیلومتر و تا رشت حدود 40 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
طراحی سوئیت به صورت دو اتاق مجزا بوده که به هم راه ندارند و حمام با سرویس ایرانی نیز در راهرو تعبیه شده است. لازم به ذکر است که ساختمان کلی این اقامتگاه در گذشته مربوط به یک مدرسه بوده است که دو اتاق آن بازسازی شده و به صورت سوئیت اجاره داده می شود. در اتاق های دیگر نیز در حال حاضر کسی سکونت ندارد و در آینده مجهز شده و به صورت سوئیت اجاره داده خواهند شد.
محیط اطراف حیاط از 4 طرف با فنس محصور می باشد، همچنین سرایدار در همسایگی سکونت دارد. دسترسی به سوپرمارکت و نانوایی با فاصله حدود 3 کیلومتر امکان پذیر است. کیفیت پوشش شبکه تلفن همراه نیز برای دو اپراتور ایرانسل و همراه اول در مکالمه خوب و اینترنت به صورت 4g می باشد.
لازم به ذکر است حدود 100 متر مسیر منتهی به خانه به صورت خاکی و قابل تردد با انواع خودرو است.
ییلاق توریستی سلانسر، دریاچه عروس، حلیمه جان، روستای توریستی استخرگاه، ییلاق سی دشت، دریاچه بره سر، جنگل نقله بر، و درفک و … تنها بخشی از مناطق گردشگری نزدیک به این خانه می باشد.
