این خانه ویلایی دو خوابه در روستای سرسبز گیلوا واقع شده که تا کوچصفهان حدود 5 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
طراحی خانه به گونه ای است که دارای پذیرایی، آشپزخانه و حمام با سرویس ایرانی می باشد، همچنین با دسترسی 3 پله دو اتاق خواب نیز در فضای داخلی واحد قرار دارد.
اطراف حیاط از چهار طرف با دیوار محصور می باشد و میزبان در همسایگی سکونت دارد.
مهمانان گرامی برای تهیه مایحتاج روزانه خود می توانند از سوپرمارکت و نانوایی در فاصله حدود 300 متری از خانه استفاده نمایند.
