این سوئیت مبله دو خوابه با دسترسی حدود 12 پله در طبقه دوم یک ساختمان سه طبقه چهار واحدی در جاده پلاژ و فاصله حدود 1.5 کیلومتری از ساحل دریا واقع شده که با فرح آباد حدود 5 کیلومتر و با ساری حدود 30 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
محوطه ساختمان با دیوار محصور شده و میزبان نیز در این اقامتگاه سکونت دارد، همچنین به جهت تامین امنیت بیشتر دروازه ورودی و حیاط مجهز به دوربین مداربسته می باشد.
مهمانان گرامی برای تهیه مایحتاج روزانه خود می توانند از سوپرمارکت و از نانوایی در فاصله حدود 600 متری از اقامتگاه استفاده نمایند.
لازم به ذکر است آب لوله کشی اقامتگاه از چاه تامین شده و فاقد کیفیت لازم جهت آشامیدن می باشد، لذا توصیه می گردد مهمانان با خود آب معدنی همراه داشته باشند.
کیفیت پوشش شبکه تلفن همراه برای دو اپراتور ایرانسل و همراه اول در مکالمه خوب و دسترسی به اینترنت به صورت 4g است.
