این ویلا دو خوابه مستر به همراه استخر سرپوشیده، میز بیلیارد و تراس دلباز در روستای حاجی بکنده با فاصله حدود 300 متری از ساحل دریا و حدود 8 کیلومتری از زیباکنار واقع شده است.
طراحی این ویلا به گونه ای است که طبقه پایین دارای پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، ورودی استخر، میز بیلیارد و سرویس ایرانی و طبقه بالا دارای یک اتاق خواب مستر و بالکن می باشد و در طبقه آخر یک اتاق خواب مستر با تراس دلباز قرار دارد.
گفتنی است این ویلا دارای سه اتاق خواب است که در یکی از اتاق ها قفل بوده و قابل استفاده مهمانان نمی باشد.
محوطه اطراف از چهار طرف با دیوار محصور شده و به جهت تامین امنیت بیشتر حیاط و ورودی مجهز به دوربین مداربسته است.
مهمانان گرامی می توانند برای تهیه مایحتاج روزانه خود از سوپرمارکت و نانوایی در فاصله حدود 200 متری ویلا استفاده نمایند.
