این خانه ویلایی دو خوابه در روستای خواچکین واقع شده است که حدود 3 کیلومتر از خمام و حدود 16 کیلومتر از رشت فاصله دارد.
محوطه اطراف با دیوار محصور بوده و جهت تامین امنیت بیشتر دروازه ورودی و محوطه مجهز به دوربین مدار بسته می باشد، همچنین میزبان در نزدیکی سکونت دارد.
مهمانان گرامی می توانند برای تهیه مایحتاج روزانه خود از سوپرمارکت و نانوایی در فاصله حدود 200 متری خانه استفاده نمایند.
پوشش شبکه تلفن همراه برای دو اپراتور ایرانسل و همراه اول در مکالمه به صورت مطلوب بوده و کیفیت اینترنت به صورت 4g می باشد.
