این خانه روستایی یکخوابه با نمای کاهگلی به همراه ایوان دلباز و حیاطی سرسبز در روستای موشنگاه با فاصله حدود 10 کیلومتری از سراوان و 30 کیلومتری از شهر رشت واقع شده است.
این خانه روستایی دارای پذیرایی، آشپزخانه و یک اتاق خواب می باشد و سرویس ایرانی و حمام در حیاط قرار دارد.
محوطه اقامتگاه از چهار طرف با فنس محصور شده است، همچنین مهمانان گرامی برای تهیه مایحتاج روزانه خود می توانند از سوپرمارکت و نانوایی در فاصله حدود یک کیلومتری از خانه استفاده نمایند.
