این کلبه سوئیسی یکخوابه با حیاطی نقلی در روستای میانکوه محله واقع شده است که حدود 6 کیلومتر تا ساحل دریا و حدود 10 کیلومتر با شهر تنکابن فاصله دارد.
طراحی کلبه به گونه ای است که در طبقه پایین دارای پذیرایی، آشپزخانه و سرویس ایرانی و فرنگی با حمام می باشد و در طبقه بالا یک اتاق خواب بدون در قرار دارد.
محوطه حیاط کلبه از سه طرف با دیوار محصور شده و از یک طرف فاقد دیوار می باشد، همچنین به جهت تامین امنیت بیشتر دروازه ورودی و حیاط مجهز به دوربین مداربسته می باشد.
مهمانان گرامی برای تهیه مایحتاج روزانه خود می توانند از سوپرمارکت و نانوایی در فاصله حدود 600 متری از کلبه استفاده نمایند.
کیفیت شبکه تلفن همراه برای دو اپراتور ایرانسل و همراه اول در مکالمه خوب و دسترسی به اینترنت نیز به صورت 4g می باشد.
گفتنی است که حدود 40 متر مسیر منتهی به اقامتگاه به صورت جاده خاکی است.
