این ویلای دوبلکس سه خوابه، دارای میز فوتبال دستی و حیاطی دلباز و سرسبز مجهز به میز و صندلی در منطقه انارستان محله شهر املش واقع شده است.
ویلا به گونه ای طراحی شده است که در طبقه اول دارای پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، یک اتاق خواب، سرویس ایرانی و حمام با سرویس فرنگی می باشد و با حدود 6 پله حمام با سرویس فرنگی در راه پله و با 3 پله دیگر نیز در طبقه دوم پذیرایی، دو اتاق خواب و تراس قرار دارد.
محیط اطراف حیاط از 4 طرف با دیوار محصور است و برای حفظ امنیت بیشتر، دوربین مداربسته مشرف به محوطه و حیاط می باشد، همچنین میزبان در همسایگی سکونت دارد.
جهت تهیه مایحتاج روزانه، دسترسی به سوپرمارکت و نانوایی با فاصله حدود یک کیلومتر امکان پذیر است. کیفیت پوشش شبکه تلفن همراه نیز برای دو اپراتور ایرانسل و همراه اول در مکالمه خوب و اینترنت به صورت 4g می باشد.
