این کلبه سوئیسی با حیاطی دلباز و سرسبز در روستای چوشل و با فاصله حدود 8 کیلومتری از شهر سیاهکل واقع شده است.
طراحی کلبه به گونه ایست که پذیرایی، آشپزخانه و حمام با سرویس ایرانی و فرنگی در طبقه پایین و فضای خواب (بدون در) در طبقه بالا تعبیه شده است.
اطراف محوطه کلبه با فنس محصور است و میزبان در همین محوطه سکونت دارد.
مهمانان گرامی می توانند برای تهیه مایحتاج روزانه خود از سوپرمارکت و نانوایی در فاصله حدود 300 متری ساختمان استفاده نمایند.
کیفیت پوشش شبکه تلفن همراه برای دو اپراتور ایرانسل و همراه اول در مکالمه خوب و پوشش اینترنت به صورت 4g است.
