این خانه مبله دوخوابه در طبقه همکف یک مجموعه دو طبقه 5 واحدی در جاده قدیم رشت به سنگر و فاصله حدود سه کیلومتری شهر رشت واقع شده است.
طراحی واحد به گونه ای است که دارای دو خواب، پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، حمام با سرویس ایرانی است.
حیاط اقامتگاه با دیوار محصور شده و محوطه به صورت مشترک با حدود 5 واحد قابل استفاده است.
برای تهیه مایحتاج خود می توانید از سوپرمارکت و نانوایی در فاصله حدود 100 متری اقامتگاه استفاده نمایید.
کیفیت شبکه تلفن همراه برای دو اپراتور ایرانسل و همراه اول در مکالمه خوب و دسترسی به اینترنت به صورت 3g است.
گفتنی است حدود 150 متر مسیر منتهی به اقامتگاه به صورت شن ریزی شده می باشد.
موزه میراث روستایی، دریاچه و پارک جنگلی سراوان، تالاب عینک، امام زاده هاشم و دریاچه سقالکسار از جاذبه های رشت زیبا و قابل دسترسی از این اقامتگاه می باشد.
