این خانه مبله دو خوابه با دسترسی حدود 10 پله در طبقه دوم یک ساختمان دو طبقه سه واحدی و در محیطی خوش آب و هوا در روستای پایین شیرود واقع شده است که تا با شهر شیرود حدود 5 کیلومتر و با شهر تنکابن حدود 10 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
محوطه اطراف حیاط با دیوار حصار شده و میزبان در طبقه سوم سکونت دارد، همچنین دروازه ورودی، مشاعات و حیاط که مجهز به دوربین مداربسته می باشد به صورت مشترک استفاده می گردد.
مهمانان گرامی می توانند با طی مسافت حدود 500 متر به سوپرمارکت و نانوایی دسترسی داشته باشند.
