The house features a living room, a kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom with both Iranian and Western-style toilets. A terrace with a beautiful view is accessible from the kitchen.
The area around the building is enclosed by a fence on two sides and a low wall on the other two sides. The host resides on the third floor of this building, sharing a common entrance gate.
Please note that the accommodation does not have a city gas pipeline; fuel is supplied via gas cylinders.
For essential needs, a supermarket is accessible approximately 100 meters away, and a bakery is about 1 km away.
