این خانه دو خوابه مبله در طبقه همکف یک ساختمان دو طبقه دو واحدی در روستای جوربند قرار گرفته که با فاصله حدود 5 کیلومتری از چمستان واقع شده است.
طراحی این خانه شامل پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، دو اتاق خواب، حمام و سرویس ایرانی می باشد.
محوطه اطراف این خانه از یک طرف در مجاورت جنگل با فنس و از سه طرف دیگر با دیوار محصور بوده و میزبان نیز با دروازه ورودی و حیاط مشترک در طبقه دوم این ساختمان سکونت دارد.
