این خانه مبله دو خوابه که یک خواب آن مستر است در طبقه همکف یک ساختمان دو طبقه دو واحدی با فاصله حدود 150 متری از ساحل دریا و در شهر سرخرود واقع شده است.
اطراف محوطه با دیوار محصور شده و میزبان نیز در همسایگی سکونت دارد.
مهمانان گرامی می توانند برای تهیه مایحتاج روزانه خود از سوپرمارکت و نانوایی در فاصله حدود 100 متری واحد استفاده نمایند.
پوشش تلفن همراه برای هر دو اپراتور ایرانسل و همراه اول در مکالمه خوب و دسترسی به اینترنت برای اپراتور همراه اول به صورت 4g می باشد.
