این ویلا یکخوابه با حیاطی دلباز و بالکنی دلنشین در طبقه دوم (با دسترسی حدود 11 پله) یک ساختمان دو طبقه با دسترسی حدود 10 پله در شاندیز طرقبه واقع شده است.
اطراف حیاط اقامتگاه با دیوار محصور است و سرایدار نیز در طبقه همکف سکونت دارد، دروازه و حیاط با سرایدار به صورت مشترک استفاده می شود.
برای تهیه مایحتاج روزانه فاصله اقامتگاه تا سوپرمارکت و نانوایی حدود 200 متر است.
آنتن دهی تلفن همراه برای دو اپراتور ایرانسل و همراه اول در مکالمه خوب و پوشش اینترنت به صورت 4g می باشد.
بارگاه امام رضا (ع)، رستوران های شاندیز، جنگل و تفرجگاه، آرامگاه فردوسی بزرگ و استاد شجریان و ... بخشی از مناطق گردشگری مورد استقبال گردشگران عزیز می باشد.
