این خانه ویلایی یکخوابه با بالکن در روستای شکرپس واقع شده است که تا شهر املش حدود 5 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
طراحی خانه به گونه ایست که در طبقه همکف دارای پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، ایوان و سرویس ایرانی و فرنگی با حمام می باشد و در طبقه بالا با دسترسی حدود 10 پله از ایوان به یک اتاق خواب بزرگ به همراه بالکن دسترسی خواهید داشت، همچنین تنها سرویس و حمام واحد در ایوان تعبیه شده است.
در نظر داشته باشید خانه دارای یک اتاق خواب دیگر نیز می باشد که در حال حاضر قفل و غیر قابل استفاده برای مهمان است.
اطراف حیاط با دیوار محصور شده است و دروازه ورودی، حیاط به صورت مشترک با ساکنین دیگر مورد استفاده قرار می گیرد.
به منظور تهیه مایحتاج روزانه، دسترسی به سوپرمارکت و نانوایی با پیمودن مسافتی در حدود 500 متری ممکن است.
پوشش شبکه تلفن همراه برای دو اپراتور ایرانسل و همراه اول در مکالمه خوب و دسترسی به اینترنت به صورت 4g می باشد.
لازم به ذکر است مسیر در 30 متر منتهی به اقامتگاه به صورت جاده خاکی و قابل تردد با خودرو می باشد.
