این سوئیت بدون اتاق خواب به همراه بام اختصاصی دسترسی حدود 14 پله در طبقه دوم یک ساختمان دو طبقه دو واحدی در شهر مهریز قرار گرفته که با فاصله حدود 37 کیلومتری از یزد واقع شده است.
اطراف سوئیت با دیوار محصور بوده و میزبان نیز با دروازه ورودی و حیاط مشترک در طبقه اول این ساختمان سکونت دارد.
