این کلبه سوئیسی دوبلکس دو خوابه در روستای تکی آباد با فاصله حدود 100 متر تا ساحل دریا و حدود 9 کیلومتر تا تالش قرار دارد.
طراحی کلبه به گونه ای است که در طبقه پایین دارای پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، حمام با سرویس ایرانی و فرنگی و با دسترسی حدود 12 پله در طبقه بالا دارای دو اتاق خواب می باشد که یکی از آنها بالکنی دنج با چشم انداز دریا دارد.
