این ویلا استخردار سه خوابه که دو خواب آن مستر است در روستای ساحلی حاجی بکنده واقع شده است که تا ساحل دریا حدود 150متر و با شهر زیباکنار حدود 9 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
وجود امکاناتی نظیر استخر سرپوشیده، میز و صندلی باغی و سیستم صوتی فضای مناسبی را برای مهمانی و دورهمی ها فراهم نموده است.
این واحد در طبقه همکف شامل پذیرایی با ورودی استخر، آشپزخانه می شود و در طبقه دوم فضای نشیمن، دو اتاق خواب مستر و تراس قرار گرفته است و در طبقه سوم یک اتاق خواب و تراس تعبیه شده است.
اطراف حیاط با دیوار محصور شده است و جهت تامین امنیت بیشتر حیاط و دروازه ورودی مجهز به دوربین مداربسته می باشد.
لازم به ذکر است آب مورد نیاز این اقامتگاه از طریق چاه تامین می شود.
به منظور تهیه مایحتاج روزانه، دسترسی به سوپرمارکت و نانوایی با پیمودن مسافتی در حدود 700 متر ممکن است.
