این ویلا دو خوابه با استخر و حیاطی دلباز در روستای قوهه با فاصله حدود 15 کیلومتری از کردان و 40 کیلومتری از ورودی شهر تهران واقع شده است.
محوطه اطراف ویلا محصور شده است و میزبان نیز در همسایگی سکونت دارد، همچنین به جهت تامین امنیت بیشتر ورودی ویلا مجهز به دوربین مداربسته است.
مهمانان گرامی می توانند برای تهیه مایحتاج روزانه خود از سوپرمارکت و نانوایی در فاصله حدود 150 متری ویلا استفاده نمایند.
پوشش شبکه تلفن همراه برای دو اپراتور ایرانسل و همراه اول در مکالمه خوب و دسترسی به اینترنت به صورت 4g می باشد.
لازم به ذکر است 50 متر از مسیر منتهی به ویلا به صورت شن ریزی شده است.
این ویلا فاقد سرویس ایرانی است.
