این خانه مبله با دسترسی حدود 6 پله در طبقه دوم یک ساختمان دو طبقه و دو واحدی در منطقه خوش اب و هوا و ییلاقی فیلبند واقع شده است.
واحد به گونه ای طراحی شده است که دارای پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، یک اتاق خواب، حمام و سرویس ایرانی می باشد،
محوطه ساختمان از چهار طرف با دیوار محصور شده است و دروازه ورودی و حیاط که به دوربین مداربسته مجهز می باشد به صورت جداگانه از واحد دیگر استفاده می شود، همچنین میزبان در همسایگی سکونت دارد، گفتنی است سوخت مصرفی اقامتگاه به وسیله کپسول گاز مایع تامین می گردد.
به منظور تهیه مایحتاج روزانه، دسترسی به سوپرمارکت و نانوایی با پیمودن مسافتی در حدود 350 متر ممکن است.
کیفیت آنتن دهی اپراتورهای ایرانسل و همراه اول در مکالمه خوب و پوشش شبکه اینترنت نیز به صورت 4g می باشد.
لازم به ذکر است 250 متر منتهی به اقامتگاه به صورت جاده خاکی می باشد.
