این خانه ویلایی دو خوابه به همراه تراس با دسترسی حدود 12 پله در طبقه دوم یک ساختمان دو طبقه تک واحدی در شهر خوش آب و هوای نیاسر واقع شده است که حدود 30 کیلومتر با شهر کاشان فاصله دارد.
طراحی خانه به گونه ای است که دارای پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، دو اتاق خواب (یکخواب با حمام) و سرویس ایرانی با فرنگی می باشد، همچنین در طبقه پایین خانه یک واحد تجاری قرار گرفته که در حال حاضر خالی و غیرفعال است.
به جهت برقراری و حفظ امنیت ساختمان به دوربین مداربسته مجهز شده است که دروازه ورودی و فضای کوچه را پوشش می دهد.
به منظور تهیه مایحتاج روزانه، دسترسی به سوپرمارکت و نانوایی با پیمودن مسافتی در حدود 200 متر ممکن است.
کیفیت پوشش شبکه تلفن همراه برای دو اپراتور ایرانسل و همراه اول در مکالمه خوب و دسترسی به اینترنت به صورت 4g می باشد.
