این خانه ویلایی یکخوابه، دارای ایوان و حیاط دنج با چشم انداز بینظیر جنگلی با آب هوای بکر در جاده ماسوله و روستای کوره خرم واقع شده است که تا شهر ماسوله حدود 9 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
اطراف حیاط از سه طرف با دیوار و یک طرف در جلو حیاط با فنس محصور بوده و فاقد دروازه ورودی است، همچنین میزبان در محوطه سکونت دارد و حیاط به صورت مشترک با میزبان در اختیار مهمانان است.
مهمانان گرامی برای تهیه مایحتاج روزانه خود به سوپرمارکت با فاصله حدود 300 متر دسترسی خواهند داشت اما روستا فاقد نانوایی است و نیاز است که نان مصرفی خود را شهر تهیه نموده و همراه داشته باشید. نان محلی با تخم مرغ محلی هم می توانید از میزبان تهیه کنید.
پوشش شبکه تلفن همراه برای دو اپراتور ایرانسل و همراه اول در مکالمه خوب و دسترسی به اینترنت در همراه اول به صورت 4g می باشد، اما اینترنت ایرانسل گاهی اوقات دچار اختلال می شود.
