این ویلا پنج خوابه با استخر سرپوشیده، میز بیلیارد، میز ایرهاکی، تراسی دلنشین، حیاطی دلباز و آلاچیق در شهر کوهسار و با فاصله حدود 5 کیلومتری از کردان و 30 کیلومتری از کرج در محیطی شهرکی واقع شده است.
طراحی ویلا به گونه ایست که پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، دو اتاق خواب و حمام با سرویس ایرانی در طبقه پایین و سه اتاق خواب، حمام با سرویس فرنگی و تراس در طبقه بالا تعبیه شده است، همچنین ورودی استخر نیز از حیاط می باشد.
اطراف محوطه ویلا با دیوار محصور و مجهز به دوربین مداربسته می باشد، همچنین شهرک نیز دارای نگهبان 24 ساعته است.
