این ویلا دو خوابه دارای استخر روباز آبسرد و حیاطی دلباز در روستای اغلان تپه واقع شده است که تا کردان حدود 20 کیلومتر و تا ورودی شهر تهران حدود 45 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
محوطه اطراف ویلا با دیوار محصور شده و نگهبان نیز در همسایگی سکونت دارد.
مهمانان گرامی می توانند برای تهیه مایحتاج روزانه خود از سوپرمارکت و نانوایی در فاصله حدود 400 متر از ویلا استفاده نمایند.
