این خانه مبله دو خوابه در طبقه چهارم یک ساختمان چهار طبقه و 4 واحدی مجهز به آسانسور، حیاط و تراس دنج با چشم انداز بینظیر دریا در روستای نجارده واقع شده است که تا شهر نوشهر حدود 9 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
اطراف حیاط از 3 طرف با دیوار بلند و یک طرف به سمت دریا با دیوار کوتاه محصور می باشد، طبقات دیگر ساختمان و کلبه چوبی موجود در حیاط به صورت جداگانه اجاره داده می شوند و دروازه ورودی و حیاط نیز به صورت مشترک در اختیار مهمانان قرار دارد. جهت حفظ امنیت بیشتر نیز دوربین مداربسته مشرف به دروازه ورودی و حیاط است، همچنین میزبان در همسایگی سکونت دارد.
