این ویلای دوبلکس و سه خوابه که یک خواب آن مستر است در جاده ساحلی واقع شده و حدود یک کیلومتر تا روستا تجن لته، حدود 30 کیلومتر تا میاندورود و حدود 10 کیلومتر با فرح آباد فاصله دارد.
این ویلا در مجموعه ای شهرکی قرار دارد و طراحی بنا به گونه ای است که در طبقه همکف شامل پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، یک اتاق خواب، حمام با سرویس ایرانی می باشد و در طبقه دوم راهرو، دو اتاق خواب ( یک اتاق ) و حمام قرار دارد.
با توجه به محیط شهرکی، اطراف حیاط محصور نیست و برای حفظ امنیت بیشتر، شهرک دارای واحد نگهبانی 24 ساعته می باشد.
به منظور تهیه مایحتاج روزانه، دسترسی به سوپرمارکت و نانوایی با پیمودن مسافتی در حدود 600 متر ممکن است.
