این خانه ویلایی دو خوابه با ایوانی دلنشین به همراه تخت سنتی و حیاطی دلباز و سرسبز در روستای سنگنیشت واقع شده است که با شهر زیرآب حدود 10 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
محوطه ویلا از چهارطرف با دیوار و فنس محصور شده است و جهت امنیت بیشتر دروازه ورودی و حیاط مجهز به دوربین مداربسته می باشد.
مهمانان گرامی برای تهیه مایحتاج روزانه خود می توانند با طی مسافت حدود دو کیلومتری به سوپرمارکت و نانوایی دسترسی داشته باشند.
کیفیت پوشش شبکه تلفن همراه برای دو اپراتور ایرانسل و همراه اول در مکالمه خوب و دسترسی به اینترنت نیز به صورت 4g است.
لازم به ذکر است که حدود 300 متر مسیر منتهی به اقامتگاه به صورت خاکی می باشد.
