این کلبه چوبی یکخوابه مستر به همراه وان جکوزی و بالکن در روستای نفت چال از توابع سوادکوه واقع شده که با سد لفور حدود 2 کیلومتر و با شهر شیرگاه حدود 25 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
در حیاط کلبه یک آلاچیق با میز و نیمکت و یک آتشدان تعبیه شده که قابل استفاده مهمانان است.
طراحی کلبه به گونه ای است که با دسترسی حدود 5 پله از حیاط دارای پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، یک اتاق خواب مستر با وان جکوزی و سرویس ایرانی می باشد.
محوطه حیاط از چهار طرف با حصار چوبی محصور شده و میزبان در همسایگی سکونت دارد.
مهمانان گرامی برای تهیه مایحتاج روزانه خود می توانند از سوپرمارکت و نانوایی در فاصله حدود دو کیلومتری استفاده نمایند.
کیفیت پوشش شبکه تلفن همراه برای دو اپراتور ایرانسل و همراه اول در مکالمه خوب و دسترسی به اینترنت برای ایرانسل به صورت 4g ولی همراه اول ضعیف است.
