این خانه ویلایی یکخوابه به همراه حیاط نقلی در روستای نوشر از توابع خشکبیجار واقع شده است که تا شهر رشت حدود 25 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
طراحی این خانه ویلایی شامل پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، اتاق خواب، حمام و سرویس ایرانی می باشد.
محوطه اطراف حیاط با دیوار محصور شده است و میزبان نیز در همسایگی سکونت دارد.
با توجه به اینکه آب مصرفی خانه از طریق چاه تامین می گردد، لذا توصیه می شود مهمانان گرامی با خود آب معدنی همراه داشته باشند.
جهت تهیه مایحتاج روزانه دسترسی به سوپرمارکت و نانوایی در فاصله حدود 50 متری از اقامتگاه امکان پذیر می باشد. کیفیت پوشش شبکه تلفن همراه نیز برای اپراتور ایرانسل و همراه اول در مکالمه نسبتا خوب و اینترنت به صورت 3g است.
