این خانه مبله دو خوابه در طبقه همکف یک ساختمان دو طبقه دو واحدی با فاصله حدود یک کیلومتری از دیلمان واقع شده است.
محوطه اطراف ساختمان از سه طرف با دیوار و از یک طرف با فنس محصور شده است و برای حفظ امنیت بیشتر، حیاط و ورودی مجهز به دوربین مداربسته می باشد، همچنین میزبان نیز در طبقه دوم همین ساختمان با دروازه ورودی و حیاط مشترک سکونت دارد.
به منظور تهیه مایحتاج روزانه، سوپرمارکت و نانوایی در فاصله حدود یک کیلومتری در دسترس است.
کیفیت خطوط شبکه تلفن همراه برای دو اپراتور ایرانسل و همراه اول در مکالمه خوب و پوشش اینترنت به صورت 4g می باشد.
گفتنی است که تنها حمام این واحد در اتاق خواب مستر قرار دارد، همچنین حدود یک کیلومتر مسیر منتهی به خانه به صورت جاده خاکی و قابل تردد با خودرو می باشد.
به صورت کلی مسیر دسترسی، جاده ای کوهستانی و آسفالته است با پیچ های تند و شیب ملایم که نیازمند سلامت فنی خودرو می باشد، مه غلیظ یک پدیده رایج در این جاده است که دید را محدود می‌کند. رانندگی با احتیاط و استفاده از چراغ مه‌شکن ضروری است و ترجیحا به نحوی برنامه ریزی شود که در نور روز به مقصد برسید.
آبشار لونک، کاروان سرای تی تی و جاده دیلمان از زیبایی های این شهر هستند و همچنین چشمه آب معدنی لاریخانی و جنگل لاریخانی و بشکافته سنگ در ملومه دیلمان و دشت شقایق و پیاده روی در اطراف روستای اسپیلی و بازار محصولات محلی و داروهای گیاهی دیلمان نیز از جاذبه های این منطقه است.
