این سوئیت یکخوابه با حیاطی دلنشین و بالکنی دلنشین در طبقه دوم یک ساختمان دو طبقه دو واحدی با دسترسی حدود 15 پله در روستای مرزیکلا و با فاصله حدود 20 کیلومتری از شیرگاه واقع شده است.
اطراف محوطه ساختمان با دیوار محصور و مجهز به دوربین مداربسته است و میزبان نیز در همسایگی سکونت دارد، همچنین دروازه ورودی و حیاط نیز به صورت مشترک با مهمانان ساکن در طبقه پایین استفاده می گردد.
به منظور تهیه مایحتاج روزانه، دسترسی به سوپرمارکت و نانوایی با پیمودن مسافتی در حدود 700 متر ممکن است.
کیفیت آنتن دهی اپراتور همراه اول در مکالمه خوب و پوشش شبکه اینترنت نیز به صورت 4g می باشد.
